We've all experienced the annoyance of that. I was visiting my brother in London and the chippy refused to take my tenner so he went back to his flat and counted it out in coppers and came back and paid the clowns. On reflection, that was such a begbie thing to do.  

Anyway, it is beyond tragic to whip out the mobile and start filming the staff. I could barely watch that I was cringing so much. "Gibraltar is a separate jurisdiction that's why they compete separately in the world cup, for instance." What, like Scotland and England?

One time I went down to London and made sure to leave it until I arrived to take out English notes.

First pub I went to gave me a Scottish tenner as change then the second refused to accept it.
