If I had released a huge number of cables about the inner-most workings of global governments and then a group of girls got together and filed rape and sexual assault claims alongside quite strange behaviour from the Swedish justice system, then I would absolutely smell a rat and analysing the risks, would stay in Ecuadorian refuge.

and if he is guilty of the sexual assault and rape charges then he would also not turn himself in. That's the quandry, so regardless of whether he is a megalomaniac or not and regardless of whether he is innocent or guilty, he cannot turn himself in.

In the case of the politicians: some may be guilty, some may not. I can't watch the video as I'm at work and youtube is blocked out. I can't imagine it has any new evidence that I wasn't already aware of and follows the line that Assange came out with when this first came to light. He spun the allegations against him in to a US lead conspiracy, where on no evidence at all there was a suggestion that as soon as he touched Swedish soil he'd some how be extradited to the US, as if Sweden was even weaker than the UK on extraditions to the US.

I think his story and his angle are nonsensical, I find it very hard to believe that these women were cherry picked by authorities and forced to make claims against him.

I was speaking to a friend about earning money as a teen (:begbie and the subject of delivering the free newspaper, or, rather, dumping the free newspaper but taking the money until you got caught out came up. She did this with the glaswegian as did I with the edinburgh equivalent. I can't remember what it was called but it's been defunct for ages, it was largely shite but it was good for trawling through the For Sale section to find cheap shite - i think i got a megadrive for buttons as a ten year old.
