They were tweeting hourly updates on every single service and still had people asking them "is the 14 running?????"
Fife Council tweet last night that all schools in Fife were closed today, at least 7 or 8 folk reply asking if such and such school is closed? Is it in Fife? If so then it is you fucking morons
Just drove from Callander to Stirling and passed precisely 1 motor in that time meaning the -7 is freezing the snow into the roads. Genuinely treacherous out there now so will be carnage in the morning if the temperature doesn't lift.
Folk trapped on the M80 for a few hours yet, the police quoted as saying they can't get the HGV's moving and can't get gritters through. They aren't apparently at the stage yet of stacking the HGV's in the hard shoulder and letting the rest of the folk home.....You'd be effing raging and once the cars all got away they'd probably make it passable enough for the HGV's so win win, but nah let them all freeze.
