This is, of course, a vile separatist issue. Had fatty Salmond and Sturgeon done something about the vile cybernattery during the referendum it wouldn't have come to this. They didn't though, because that would alienate the majority of their supporters. They let this culture fester and now it is the norm. It is all their fault.

Not sure some of that abuse is misogyny but I don't think she understands much of what she says tbh.

That is absolute bullshit and you know it. The stuff Mhairi Black refers to is now the norm across online discourse, in all areas. It's got absolute sweet FA to do with Salmond, or Sturgeon, or whoever else you want to blame.

If there is any public individual who's more responsible than any other, it's Donald Trump: whose supporters are like YouTube commenters whose behaviour has been normalised and even approved of.
