I've seen me being that para on occasion, it's obviously a balancing act because you can't really dismiss people as the real cases would just get laughed off but sounds like she was heavy para and got in her head that's what was going on. Just my opinion like.

Haven't seen the footage (only the odd still image) so I could be way off, but climbing/jumping on it could conceivably have dented it? CPS guidance says that what constitutes “damage” is “a matter of fact and degree”, and “need not be visible or tangible if it affects the value or performance of the property”. Obviously that's a crucial fact they'd have to prove.

This is it. She's damaged an ambulance which could have quite easily been on its way to an emergency situation.

Hopefully she will be charged eventually.
