Bodyguard finale next Sunday, anyone else feel they have a lot to cram into a 1 hour episode?

Actually heavy in to the bodyguard to be fair.

That was a brilliant last episode. The tension man
Jed mercurio knows how to make a tv show.

Enjoyed it
Hope they leave it there tbh, wee bit rushed but came to a natural conclusion. Can't really see them managing to get a second series going without a pretty awkward start to it. The boy that plays David Budd seems to be being heavily tipped as the next James Bond

In hindsight I'd have loved to have been a fly on the wall at the Bodyguard pitch with Aunty execs. So much subliminal BBC right-on content in that series. So Disney really. Enjoyed it though.

Talks for a second season There are a lot of unanswered questions but just leave it at that.

There were pretty big holes in the plot and some of the writing was a bit ridiculous. For entertainment and tension it was great. The train scene and the vest scene were edge of your seat stuff.

Aye the ending was a bit pish I thought, shame as the series was really good.
How can they just leave it there for no series 2 after the escape scene There will probably be a series 2 and I think that'll be it. Can't see something like this becoming a 3/4 series thing. |
