Was desperate for it to work but hasn't. Would do well if he could get the right players in but we don't have that luxury. Clear out every cunt from Budge down and rebuild

My opinion is that Stendel got out of dodge.

He had no intention on coming back. He took the praise for sacrificing his wages, but actually it was a "see ya!". Just like when he didn't take the preceding three training sessions before his first derby.

What a bastard he is sacrificing his salary to help the club and going home at Christmas to visit his sick child.

Just don't know how he can look himself in the mirror

Sibbick and Boyce were good signings.

Boyce was a Levein signing. Sibbick played 1 game and got AIDs.

Aye can't call sibbick a good signing imo. Played well in a game that the whole team played well in and has never been seen since. Probably shite

Granted they weren't up to much like but he was hardly given a blank cheque book like his predecessor.

Boyce came in when Stendel was manager, he was a Stendel signing. You can say who advised or what but he's still his signing. Whether sibbick got ill or not he was still a good player.

No surprise the 2 January free transfers turned out to be muck though. All managers will tell you how impossible January transfer windows are and we were in a situation where we had a guy 2 weeks in the door in a league he didn't know to try sort the squad with the sale of jake Mulraney on the back of about 3 seasons of levein

Not saying Mourinho couldn't have done a better job but don't think any of the managers that were in our budget would've.

You can debate whether Sibbick is a good player or not but he was an objectively horrific signing. Didn't even get a full game out of him

I was wrong about the less than a game stat.

Sibbick played 75 mins v Rangers (2-1 win) and 71 mins v St Johnstone (3-3 draw) before apparently getting ill with glandular fever
