Schwartzel looked genuinely quite uncomfortable trying to tactically answer the question about how he feels knowing where the prize money comes from as well. Not uncomfortable in the way like he was probably bothered about where it comes from but more to try and stay on script and not just say he couldn't care less.

Would anyone actually care if they came out and said look I'm purely in it for the most money and that's it.

Seems the only sports that's allowed is boxing and MMA.

It's the fact that they're playing the script that they're being given about it that's the issue, all 100% complicit in the Saudi sports washing process. 

I'd almost admire their honesty if they actually just said that it's purely money related rather than what they're coming out with nonsense about it  growing the game of golf.

Part of their contracts will be sticking to the script. At the moment it's basically no comment and they're excited about the competition, over time it'll turn into more direct propaganda for the Saudis.
