It's nothing really to do with Clarke man, just go back and look at the last 10 goals he's conceded. Some of it is really bad.

He's probably our greatest ever player so he gets a huge amount of leeway but this is one issue you could resolve instantly.

I'd rather we limped on and gave him a great send off but we are going down if there's not huge changes.

Is another goalie making the saves he does make though? That's the issue I have. There are errors sneaking in but the saves he does make are top drawer, and I don't think other keepers make them.

I think we're now at a tipping point where his good saves are being overshadowed by his mistakes.

He's always been quite poor at commanding his box but it's getting comical now. That impacts your defence as a whole. He cost us the 3 points today, there's no other way to dress it up.

I think there's a real argument for Clarke to take the league games and Craig to finish his career in the cup. He won't like it but we're in trouble.

I think he’s well entitled to go to hibs but if he does then there’s clearly a bit of a grudge there towards hearts and you can’t trust him at all.

No idea what's happening with Zander Clark but he can't play another second for Hearts if there's a Hibs announcement. I'd imagine if he does sign a pre, a transfer will be agreed in January to make it easier for everyone.

Already said his shot stopping is one of the best in the league. Culpable for the Hibs goal as well though. Rooted to his line as per.

I don't see how you can blame him for the ball scudding off Rowles' napper 

I agree there are more mistakes sneaking in but like I said initially, his saves overshadow them, and if anything it's the same argument that gets made for Shander getting the starting gig.

It actually enrages me the amount of fans wanting to play Shander ahead of Gordon when we all know he's not capable of the saves Gordon makes.

The good far outweighs the bad for me.

Anyone wanting Shander in the nets ahead of Gordon gives me the actual fear.

I expect my 6 ft 5 goalkeeper to be getting anything in the 6 yard box tbh. I get why he's hesitant as he'd had a horrific injury but that is not the clubs fault. Why are we being punished for that. Time for a change, he's proven everything he had to. Even to the extent of proving Steve Clarke wrong. It's over.

I’ve thought a while now but we need to think to the future - we can’t keep relying on an old man to play in the nets and save us. It’s not the first time people have pointed out instances when the keeper could have come out and claimed it.

Clark is a good option - people are acting like he is El Hologram whenever there is a shot which is not realistic.

Clark is fine, but his flaws are equitable to Gordon's, that's my issue. Gordon also wouldn't poison the dressing room if he wasn't getting a game.

Defending Hibs infiltrators

Clarke was the only guy who had real offers on the table from dann saff. He’s prime candidate to be the bad egg and was rumoured by various sources. shanks and Shander are thick as thieves with Kent trying to join in and failing miserably

The poison element is an issue, that’s why we probably need to get rid.

As a goalkeeper though, he’d be a solid SPFL keeper for the next ten years. Last year we were talking about how he was solidly the third or fourth best keeper.

Gordon is arguably the greatest Hearts player of all time but you need to know when to call it a day, it’s not a reaction to today but you can keep going on with a 42 year old in the nets whilst a giant that every other team would happily take as their number 1 sits on the bench.

He’s not good but he’s more than good enough for our level.
