Did you see that guy in Newcastle who got life earlier in the week and had been planning a massacre at newcastle college? It went completely under the radar in terms of press reporting, but I see he was caught on the basis of a tip off.

When I was studying Intelligence and Terrorism at University I found this to be the case. If the security services do their job it's a little paragraph on page 8, if the don't it's front page news. Unfortunately it's part of the work they do I guess, but I find people are too keen to tarnish the reputation of the security services because they don't realise that they actually do important work daily.
