Anyone seen the Kyle Lafferty interview about the Euros? Asked who he wants to be drawn again and he says Argentina or Brazil so he can test himself against Messi or Neymar.
I'm really not sure he was at it tbh. Starts off by saying it was amazing to face Ronaldo when they played Portugal so they're the two he wants to play next. In fairness he's basically an international specialist these days so he's probably still steaming from Thursday and has no idea what they've qualified for.
We've been discussing it this morning and it's the bit when he says it again, even after the reporter has told him, followed by the squawk noise that suggests he is probably not serious. Obv a deeply unintelligent man though, given he was thrown around like an empty tracksuit in a battle of wits with Champagne Charlie Nicholas, so it's entirely possible he was being serious
Enjoyed the Fergie documentary, but they could have done without the Harvard business school stuff. Giggs reaction was priceless when he was told that SAF had said he would have had him as assistant for 5 years if he'd retired earlier. "He said that?!"
