Which 'TV box set' are you currently watching?

I gave the Sopranos 2 and a bit seasons then gave up. Just wasn't for me. That was a few years ago though so maybe worth going back now my tastes are a bit more refined, but it just didn't grip me at all which I was pretty gutted about. The Wire had me hooked inside 3 episodes so I was expecting the same.

As others have said, Sunny definitely picks up in season 2. You can go back and watch season 1 later when you're more in tune with the characters and it will be much funnier I reckon. It's so character driven that if you've no idea what each of them are all about, it's hard to really get the humour.

After Frank came in to Always Sunny, you're hard pushed to find a better show. Might go back and watch the first few seasons and see if it's any better.

On to Fargo season 2 after that then need to catch up with You're the Worst.

Homeland is fucking amazing again this season. Probably my favorite show just now. Been watching it on C4 and resisting the temptation to stream the US aired episode a week early.

I had to push through that greetin face to really enjoy the first 3 seasons, but then I couldn't go back. Is it genuinely that good again?

I can't get enough of it man, gutted everytime an episode finishes and i just want to wire right into the next one.

They had 3 amazing episodes then the last few have just been a joke. Absolute piss take Laugh

I was listening to someone arguing that they should just turn Homeland into an anthology series, get rid of Carrie and replace her with someone else. Move it about, freshen it up each year but keep the rest the same.

It's got too much baggage at this point because as Rog says the character is a mess. She's proven to be incompetent and mentally unstable so many times yet people keep letting her run stuff Warnock

They've been focusing on Sal and Quinn's characters a lot more in the last two seasons. Carrie's been taking her meds so her pus has been bearable.
