Just been hearing about the "Drive-In Movie Theatre" at Ingleston
 Supposedly half the pixels on the screen are missing, the Xmas market (advertised with pictures on the website of loads of food stalls like the one in town) was just one single tent with a women selling t-shirts, you had to tune your car radio in for the sound which meant peoples batteries were dying and because everyone's blocked in others couldn't get out There's absolutely no food available on site, the portaloos don't have any lights, are disgusting and keep blowing over in the wind. The guy in charge, Lee Bandoni, has a history of shite events and seems like he has fled with the money.

Maybe I'm missing something about it, but is there any reason to go to a drive-in cinema other than to take facebook/instagram pictures of the night? Huge market for that sort of thing in Edinburgh, I suppose.

I've been to an actual old school drive in movie theatre in the States.
It's shite. There's a reason cinemas have developed into the havens of comfort that they are. People want a good view, decent sound, good food and comfort when they go to see a film. Why anyone would want to go to a drive in at Ingleston is beyond me and if I'm being honest I'm quite glad they've been scammed.

Is that a Dapper Laughs style set up deal, where she is in on the "joke"? Not that that would make it tangibly 'better' in terms of the guy being a complete dick, but it's a little less disturbing to think the girl isn't actually a genuine victim of spousal abuse.
