I do it when I've got a button fly and trunks on and there's not really any other option. Pain in the arse having to unbunkle your belt and that. Much easier with a zip and boxers with a fly. Just pull it right out the front. Push it back in when you're done.

Zip fly, nae bother, root around and pull it thru, but prone to leaving it down in near-stupor states so better just loosening the belt to give you more room, and less likely to leave aforementioned zip undone. Button fly - get it down and the wee felly out over the elastic. Nae cunt should be looking at your jewels anyway, unless your into that sort of thing.
