Miles better than Aberdeen IMO. Glasgow is the best city in Scotland by far to be a young person though. I might move to Edinburgh once I hit 40.

Aberdeen has gone downhill. It does have these wee pockets of culture and a music scene, but it seems like there's little there at the moment.

All Scottish cities with the exception of Edinburgh, Perth and a small central area of Glasgow are awful.

Perth

Perth isn't a city, let's be honest. It's hardly the most depressing place on earth, but tinpot compared with a real city like the capital

Perth is a nice enough town
![]() Would be extremely unfair to lump it in with Dundee, Stirling, Aberdeen etc.

Edinburgh has nice parks and the New Town. The rest of the east coast is a fucking hovil unless you're going south. Glasgow has a great city centre. The rest of the populated areas of Scotland are dumps. The west of Scotland has the best scenery.
