Everton are a lot like us, they play with absolutely no pace and their defence is 10-20yards to deep as they are shit feared of people running in behind.

More than a club, except when it matters. And three points is all that matters
It is, of course, because the league is run from Madrid. Outrageous - but entirely typical - that they've not allowed a postponement.

Also true.
But any fa is happy to present themselves as utter cunts. Because that's what they are. It's to be expected they'd put politics in front of safety in legitimate circumstances. Shit, but typical and expected.
Barca don't just present themselves as more than a club, they sell themselves on it. This is the opportunity to prove that and they've come up well short. They're sitting in the back of the bus. If they'd taken the loss it'd have highlighted the spanish fa's cruelty and also the cause of catalonia in general.

It's a good point and argument, but I disagree. The reason they style themselves (often wildly hypocritically) in such a way is, of course, because many of their fans view them like a national team: which in turn, given all the history, is what makes the clasico so massive. Allowing the Spanish authorities to stiff them in some weird parallel to the Spanish police kicking shit out of Catalans? That's the last thing their public would want.
