Yup. On so many different levels.

The rational side of me says "oh FFS, don't make it even harder for your poor daughters than it already is". The emotional side of me - which contrary to myth, does actually exist - says we all turn into animals when someone threatens or harms our family.

This is one of the biggest scandals in sport that I can recall, and I don't think it's had enough coverage tbh. Its tentacles reach across many aspects of US college sport and its Olympic team, not just gymnastics. The extent to which governance has completely failed and betrayed so many girls, young women and their families is just horrifying.
