Premium are the seats directly above the directors area. More leg room and extra padding. For those and such as those.

I think you are right. I thought it had been relaxed but that seems to be just for rugby. Ticketed might be the only way to get around it.

The marquee thing is a good idea if it's using a loophole that you're not allowed to serve alcohol freely in the stands. Those marquees are a good way around that, but again most stadiums have a big car park so if they don't have the space inside the stadium you'd have thought more people would have done that option.

Nah I doubt it. Maybe if it was open at half time but it will be terrible bevvy.
