Once you get the cast off let us know what the official line is on physio, please. Currently into week 6 of a lay off from fives trying to 'rest' my achilles after near on 4 months of gyp. I've tried to stretch it every day but it seems to make no difference to how it feels on a day-by-day basis.

Anyway, hope you recover; it's shite being in goals unless you need a rest. Monty Oh You

Why would you do that? You'd almost certainly buy them cheaper where you are going.

Cigarettes are cheaper at duty free if you're flying out with the EU. Not sure by how much though.
