It's an advantage of living out the sticks and I'd never move to the city now tbh. Walked for miles this morning past 5 different lochs and didn't see a single soul. It's just glorious to this recluse

Yeah its so good. He took off seconds after this photo as he must have seen something.

Plus they sleep for ages afterwards.

Just towelled him off today but quite often yeah. Use the shower as it's easier but even that's a pain. Then when he gets out he shakes himself off and soaks the place.

Update:

He must have picked up a bug from that water as he was whining to be let out 4 times last night, as he had explosive stomach issues. The bairn hasn't been sleeping either, so I was up 6 times through the night.

6.30am I took him out again and after doing his business he decided to make a bolt as he caught the scent of a fox. Me running about the streets in my pyjamas to try and catch the wee fucker as he ran about the gardens and eventually ended up in the rhododendrons at the sherbrooke hotel when I eventually caught up with him.
