Souttar too.

Biggest mistake was subbing Haring. Should've just made him play through the pain.

And replacing him with the Aussie jobber.

"Oh look there's Cochrane getting ready to come on we must he going for it. Oh wait no its Bozanic."

Also Zlamal's weak limp wrist attempt at saving the penalty.

Another masterclass of how to hide and do the bare minimum by one of the biggest imposters ever to wear the shirt.

Just fuck off, you coward.

He's not Hearts standard but putting a low confidence player up top when he is nowhere near a striker. FuckMe

There is no doubt in my mind that Dario Zanatta would've put in better performances than Clare this season - they may both not be good enough but one has been deemed a free transfer and another has been deemed the golden boy.

Weird weird weird

Chick Young was waxing lyrical about Zanatta today as well, apparently he was the one making things happen for Thistle.

I know. Levein all over the papers talking about keeping him out the firing line before firing him up front with another midfielder. It's a fucking joke.

Regardless. It was another gutless, nothing performance from probably my least favourite Hearts player of all time.

Didn't even realise Clare was playing as a striker. Thought he was just floating about the pitch doing fuck all.

The two aren't mutually exclusive.

Floats about hiding from passes. I've no idea what his best position is, suspect he doesn't either.

He wasn't a striker. More like where Naisy plays.

Meshino was getting the ball launched up to him as the lone striker. Fucking joke.

I've mentioned previously that if we ever get a manager worthy of the name he is the first punted out the club.

We would have a very real chance of nullifying his contract under the Trade Descriptions Act.

Alright, Mothy Jose

Showed much more effort in the last couple of games Quite Good

Still needs to improve, but he actually wanted to take the man on today, and it came off a few times Wow

That was better from him today, needs to play like that more often. Didn't shitebag out of challenges and wasn't completely wasteful with the ball. His decision making at times is still shocking but if he plays like that every week I wouldn't have a problem with him.

Sadly this sort of performance seems to be a blip rather than the norm so see how he does next week.

He was actually good today. No one would complain about him if that was his baseline performance/effort every week. Maybe he's woken up a bit after getting booed off at Easter Road?

Still not for me like.  Started the game well but think he just reverted to type, slack passes, poor touches and stopped putting himself in to tackles.

He probably just needed subbed but they took wee Meshino off instead.

Edit: a lot better than he has been btw, the fact he was decent in spells is already a huge improvement. I just don't think we'd be chatting about him being good if he hadn't been so woeful in the past. Still not good enough imo.

Thought he was good on the ball today. Still have no idea what position he's meant to be though.
