And we're no criticising him for using a computer. But these no marks give the impression the computer tells them what to do. And that they have no credible personal management skills of their own.

We're agreed he's no manager but I don't see why ur a fan of him being a SD. I don't know enough of the role, but see very little of anything in him to warrant him getting it.
