Ruiz saying in the post-fight interview he gained too much weight between fights.

He showed you can't judge a book by its cover in the last fight but he was clearly carrying to much weight to effectively walk down AJ. Fair play to him though, he's made a name for himself and will certainly have a few more paydays on the back of the first fight.

This is the most interesting heavyweight division in a long time, you've got the big three and there's also Usyk stepping up from cruiserweight. Daniel Dubois could be another one to step up next year, only 22, huge potential and 12/13 wins so far by KO.

The commentators on my feed were criticising Ruiz for not preparing properly. Apparently his trainer wanted him in camp in July. He waddled up in October.

I think the new found fame went to his head a bit. He's still a real threat in that division though. He's hard as fuck and has amazing hand speed for a fat lad.

I just hope politics and greed dont stop the mega fights being made. Could be an unreal couple of years in the division.

Looks like a fight for all four belts is still miles off. Joshua needs to fight Usyk and Pulev next or be stripped of two of his belts What a racket boxing is.

Be interesting to see how Fury approaches this. New trainer who has him heavier and they are claiming to be going for the KO but can't see it. Also rumours of knock outs in his camp.

One thing in his favour is he is in such better shape than the first fight. Last time he dropped 10 stone and was coming back from rock bottom. He's bee active and is in his best shape now.
