Just ordered Red Dead Redemption 2 for £20 : looking forward to wasting even more of my lockdown

I took around 9 months to complete it. So much you can do.

Btw do any of you lot play racing games? Gran Turismo?

The oden is disgusting. Absolutely hate it my  brother seems to think the Grau is the way forward.

Every single cod game I've played I've basically stuck with the M4/M16 equivalent, or an MP5.

The burst gun is shite in this one though, I used to be an absolute pro with the M16 and stopping power on cod4

To be honest I've not really dabbled with weapons too much in this cod, what I've always found in cod games is know your strengths and play to them

I don't bother with snipers or that because I know I dont have the patience for that.

Turning your controller vibration off makes a big difference I find btw.

That grau gun is ridic Shteve defo give it a go  Accurate as fuck, I basically have no recoil on mine.  Surely it will get patched as it's over powered as fuck

I've barely been playing warzone to be fair, just can't really enjoy it if I'm not fucking about in a squad.

Multiplayer is class though, kill confirmed

Yeah I think I'm gonna bite the bullet and get the full game. Prefer game modes with actual objectives, never liked playing free for all in the previous games either. Anywhere doing deals?

Right, THF ... my son's TB Stealth 700s for XB1 appear, what do the kids say, 'bricked' as despite firmware updates and attempts at resets we get disconnecting messages off the TB Audio Hub thingy! Won't charge basically!

First of all any ideas? (I already have an email into TB Support)
- could be the usb micro port and/or cables I'm using but they at least seem to charge my phone
- It's under warranty at least
Reddit suggests similar problems are fairly common.

Secondly, what wireless headsets would you recommend? That TB was 85notes so not really cheap and the standard 20 quid wired one screwed up within a few months because of the cable. Is it perhaps just a case of persevering with the TB 700s assuming they give me a replacement, and hope that I get a better battery?

Thanks, Morph. Sorry I didn't get back to you earlier, got stuck into some trying to date some edinburgh photos from around the 20s.

Anyway, I'll bear those RIGs in mind if things don't work out with TB - I've followed their advice (was same as what I did already from online) and the green light dies immediately one I power up so will get back to them tomorrow as asked.

If anyone here likes the Dark Souls games, then The Surge 2 is on Xbox Gamepass and is very similar. It's hard as nails but quite satisfying when you beat a boss on the 10th go.

Plotting out my lockdown gaming choices for the next few weeks. It's been a great time to get back into some of my older games I've not played for a while, particularly with a lot of games being delayed or likely to be postponed given the current situation  (Last of Us 2   )

Played through the Arkham trilogy (plus Origins) and now playing through the Metal Gear Solid series, starting with MGS3 currently. Also played RDR having completed RDR2 at the beginning if March.

Got the Mass Effect series (plus Andromeda) lined up for afterwards. Bought the Resident Evil remake the other day, along with Detroit Become Human and Heavy Rain on the PS store. I also see Playstation are offering a free download of the first three Uncharted games to anyone before May 6th. Never played them before so I'll be getting involved in that.
