He's apparently a really nice guy when it comes to his own restaurants. He goes round all his restaurants in London on Christmas Day personally to say thanks and get pictures with the staff. Calls all the Scottish lads shagger or big boy too. 

It's all for the cameras on the US one, British kitchen nightmares is much better.

Used to love that on Hell's Kitchen - every year there was a big greasy Yank who was 'big boy' when he did anything right, 'donkey' at all other times

Been to a few; Restaurant Gordon Ramsay once and Petrus a couple of times when I was living in London of his high end places and then Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen and Gordon ransom Burger in Vegas. His Gordon Ramsay Fish and Chips in Vegas is quality for a quick bite too.

Been to Maze in London, it had a Michelin Star but it's shut now. My mate was the junior sous chef there, youngest Junior Sous ever at the Ramsay group. Not sure if I'd want to eat at RGR, a bit too classical French for me.
