Just accidentally stole a twix from home bargains
was in a fairly long queue and thought it would start to melt in my hand so shoved it in my jacket pocket, forgot about it til I got home.
Meanwhile more mundane matters ...
... On the walk along the prom to get brioche buns, burgers and bevvy (on alliteration fire the night  ) had a good laugh at two menatlists wearing straw hats sitting on deck chairs on the sand facing the section near the public toilets blasting out shite dance music from a large speaker sat right between them!  On the way back I watched an auld black dug casually walk down the figgy burn as it meanders through the tidal section following a tennis ball, nab it then amble back up and drop it in the burn again and follow it again. Rinse and repeat.

I saw a black dog letting it's tennis ball roll down hills on the Brunstane Burn the day and then waiting for folk to chuck it. Probably the same mutt

He seemed to be a more mature, discerning type that preferred his exercise at a sedate pace as opposed to the majority of the young team that disappear into a self-created haboob of sand as they hone in on their wee bundle of rubber and fluff. The sheep dugs are the daftest of the lot!
Yes, could imagine I'd have been there a long time watching him should I have seen it out.
