Watched the first 2 episodes of Obi Wan Kenobi

Ewan McGregor is doing a lot of heavy lifting to carry this whole show on his back

The sets are shite (somehow seems lower budget than Mando?), the action is pathetic (two 10yo girl chase scenes? ) and the dialogue seems like something out of an edgy teen drama.

Will continue watching for some Vader action, but what a waste

I thought after the mandalorian all these new series would be quality but that boba fett one was pish anaw. Not watched the obi wan kenobi wan but was holding out hope with mcgregor being in it.

I'm not a Star Wars fan in the slightest, but do you nerds not get a bit fatigued with the deluge of spin-offs and films? Seems like Disney's releasing a new one every six months.

Severance, Ted Lasso (season 1), Servant all worth a watch off the top of my head. Severance probably the best thing they've got. Prehistoric Planet is meant to be really good too but haven't watched yet.

Prehistoric Planet is great. The special effects are second to none.

I really enjoyed boba fett tbh, but Obi Wan is poor so far.
