Apparently, the average train driver is on 50k a year, even if they were on 30k a year, WTF are they moaning about!?

That just proves that the way the media are reporting this is working.
It's not just the drivers. It's everyone in the railway. Cleaners, folk serving the teas and coffees, station staff, maintenance staff, ticket staff etc. who are obviously on nowhere near a drivers salary. The government and media keep going on about drivers wages, to turn the public against the strike. They conveniently don't talk about everyone else who are striking.
