I've been thinking this over since the derby.

This is not just the guy to come in to steady the ship, this is the guy to lead the Bloom revolution.

Hardest working coach in Scotland
Progressive tactics and actually walks the walk, pulling it off, not just patter.
Knows all domestic leagues inside out
Track record of player development
Ex-Scout and coach under Rodgers first stint where they signed well
Is happiest as head coach on the training groud rather than manager, but also can give valuable input where necessary.
Not necessarily important but also a Hearts supporter, knows the club inside out and not only knows our history but was part of our history.

He may not look like Che Guavara and he may not sound like Che Guevara but if there is to be a Bloom revolution where we are giving the OF a go under some new recruitment model over the years, this should be our first and most important managerial appointment in this era.

How Jamestown is not scoring McGlynn higher than Critchley right now for suitability as Hearts manager, I have no idea. He destroys the Critch in player development,recruitment and style of play, imo.
