The Martin O’Neill meeting with Willie Collum fuels the fire as well. Yes, all managers can ask to meet with Collum and discuss things and no doubt he has met other managers.
However, since their wee chat:
I’m sure I’m just repeating myself as the red mist is still down, but as Mak says on the other thread that is 5 clear points they have gained on us due to ‘honest mistakes’ over three games. We’d be home and hosed if it wasn’t for them. We got decisions early on in the campaign but in October referees don’t know the ramifications of their decisions, now they do.
BTW - the fact we’ve not brought anything out yet shows that we are miles away from the level the OF play at. Celtic got dubious decisions in the Hibs game and immediately they were wanting a meeting with Collum and have since benefitted from it. We need to get smarter and ensure we didn’t roll over and get our tummy tickled.
However, since their wee chat:
- Longelo handball, not given
- Kyzi trip, not given
- Johnston wiping out Raskin, yellow card
- Getting an (at best dubious) penalty in the 96th minute of 95 minutes added on
