That’s the same as us though - see if there had been no referee scandal in the past two rounds of fixtures and we fairly drew with Motherwell and Celtic fairly beat them, we couldn’t really have any complaints.

Sounds odd to say about a team with such a good defensive record, but I think their keeper is a major weak link for them, looks so shaky every time I see him against us.

With a better keeper, Motherwell win last night. Ward got his angles horribly wrong for the first Celtic goal, and the second was the sort of thing you'd see from a Sunday league keeper.

They’ve got a keeper on loan at Dunfermline who’s playing really well and saved a couple of penalties in the semi. Definitely looks more assured than Ward has

Think they're just that type of team where it looks great when it comes off but they get cuffed off the likes of Falkirk when it doesn't.

Maybe if baldy had a bit more tactical nous they'd be a bit more consistent

"The SFA are reportedly standing by John Beaton's decision to controversially award Celtic a penalty against Motherwell.

However, The Telegraph report that Hampden chief are standing by Beaton’s VAR review decision and that they view the decision as "correct".

Head of Refereeing Operations Willie Collum is also expected to address the controversial call, but not until he appears on Sky Sports for the monthly VAR review show.

That is expected to take place next week following the conclusion of the Scottish Premiership campaign."
