Narcos is really good but it's got a fair few flaws.
It's always difficult to tell if someone's a poor actor in a foreign language, but I'm certain a few a pretty ropey. It also indulges in some cheap telly techniques - eg there's a bit where one of pablo's family is killed and the next scene is him sitting down to a family meal saying how family is the only thing that matters to him, seconds later he gets the news. It's the equivalent of someone coughing in a Victorian drama - you know they're dead in 15mins.
But it's an enjoyable show.
