Slaying the Badger - 8/10
The ESPN documentary about the 1986 Tour de France and the battle between Greg LeMond and Bernard Hinault. Superb stuff.
The Price of Gold - 8/10
This was also an ESPN documentary, this time about the Tonya Harding/Nancy Kerrigan rivalry. Fascinating viewing. I didnt realise Harding was such a good skater, nor did I know she (apparently) had nothing to do with giving Kerrigan a beating. The viewing figures for that Olympic skate were as high as the Superbowl!
White, Blue and White - 8/10
ESPN docu about Ossie Ardiles, with some about Ricky Villa, and their move to Spurs and how the Falklands War was difficult for them. It was a real struggle to play in England, especially for Ardiles.
