To have sex with someone underage is equally wrong whether you are a man or a woman.

I don't disagree with that all. We were discussing the severity of the sentence in terms of gender equality. All I meant was that the crimes, whilst equally illegal, hold a different weight in court when the genders are reversed, based on the biology of the act. Women don't have penises to penetrate their victims with so they can't be charged with penetrating anyone with their penis, which in law is seen as a worse crime than penetrating yourself with a males penis without his consent.
