I bought just under 2 years ago while the market was low - just in the process of having it re-valued as my first 2 year mortgage term is up and I will probably do some shopping. I got it for bang on valuation so I'm hoping I won't have taken too much of a hit, I bought a 1 bed with a view to renting it out eventually as if I move back to the central belt or beyond I will rent initially anyway.
