Yeah I've yet to see one where he's really pushed someone on something particularly controversial. He seems quite happy to just let them talk about what they're comfortable with, which in fairness is probably why he gets so many guys talking at length.
I've not seen the Kevin Kyle one in full. Does he talk about his gambling debts and going back to working on the ferrys?
I guess that's probably not the point of his interviews just now, he just wants football guys talking about football. It will be interesting to see if he looks at some deeper issues if he continues to become more established as an interviewer.
Wonder if Jefferies would do one? Ferry mentioned trying to get him when he was interviewing Gowser. Lafferty would be interesting too.
