There's already been a ton of studies. Problem is there invalid when your dealing with Conspiracy Theorists and folk who think it's causing Covid-19.

Your fear of IOT is interesting. Its growth is going to be vital in health and social care technologies in the future.

Bit in bold - I agree with this. Soon the mix of the technological and the biological will ramp up. We historically have had pacemakers etc... but I think it's inevitable populaces will have technology inserted into their biology and 5G is important for this. Whether this makes you excited or fearful is another question, but I agree it is inevitable.

I've been exposed to zero of the 5G conspiracy stuff - my knowledge of this is just passed on from frustration within the scientific community that a lot of dissenting voices are being suppressed - I imagine it was the suppression of these knowledge bases as they didn't align with current economic growth models which is why the conspriacy theories have taken off so quickly. Conspiracy theorists quickly jump to the idea that there is a few shadowy people controlling it all, when the mundane answer is that corporate power will be intent on rolling this out asap - as you say - growth is king.

IoT is already massive and being actively employed in any applications that have an AI part to them.
