It was a genuine question. The abuse received in return is disappointing.

Given that I have already stated, on more than one occasion, that I no longer attend church and that I am now an atheist I think the idea that a question asking if I am afraid to leave a "cult" is, frankly, no more genuine than Amanda Holden.

I have also, on two occasions, explained that my decision not to attend matches on a Sunday is down to my commitment to having one day a week that is given over to my family and out of respect for my dads faith (I attend all matches with him).

So...I would contend that I have more reason to be disappointed with you for your inability/stubborn refusal to understand/read what I have written than you do by my rather clever play on words.
