He was alright all day yesterday and then about 1am he was shaking and couldn't get out of bed. No strength in his back legs. I Had to carry him out to the car.
The vet originally thought that there was just an abscess on his throat, which was stopping him eating and drinking. Seemed quite upbeat that surgery or antibiotics would be sound.
Then more tests and scans this morning revealed he was bleeding internally, had cancer, tumours and his lungs weren't functioning properly.
Just can't believe how sudden it all was. He'd not ate properly for a couple of days but apart from that you wouldn't have known anything like that was happening.
They were going on about blood transfusions and more scans etc, but it wasn't fair. Was cuddling Him and he was just totally fucked. Couldn't even keep his head up or anything.
Been greetin all day man. Cried more today than I have the last 33 years
