There's a difference between imagination and willing suspension of disbelief. Watching a movie usually requires little imagination.
Most modern superhero movies requires no imagination. There's goodies and baddies, and the goodies win. Marvel ones are well made for what they are but there's well made porn too and it's got no artistic merit.
