Nope, read this a few times now and I'm still confused

we often look after a shih tzu called Coco, have done for a couple of yrs now. Doesn't like a walk, but we do, ha ha. Hav eto trick him then lift him onto a table and put his harness on and even the fancy leash thing (this seems to prevent him jumping) or he'll leg it under the dining room table.

I did particularly like 2na's play with words.
