If you’re capped for another team at youth level that should be enough for me.
You can say it’s harsh to hold young players to a decision they made at 15 which imo doesn’t really fly but in that case make it something like u20s.
Guys like dykes and mctominay with their Scottish da’s who never played for any other nation doesn’t bother me (think dykes might’ve played once for Australian school boys or something) but these guys who have played every level of youth team for one nation then pitch up for us when they realise they’re too shite (Hirst) rile me.
I want boys in our team who grew up painting their face with blue stripes and spitting on pictures of beckham
