Is it not a feature of Tourettes that the things you shout out are pretty consistently the worst things you could say? Always at least swear words etc and not just shouting random words (you never hear about people with Tourettes sitting there like 'lawnmower', 'teapot', 'stegosaurus' - it's always things that aren't socially acceptable). In a high stress situation his brain has gone to the worst thing he could possibly say (and a word we 100% all know). Just really ignorant to see that as proof of racism.

I think people with tourettes will shout out the most obvious thing about a person. Whether its fat, ginger, bald or whatever. When we were younger he came to our youth club and was shouting "ears ears play you at pool" to a guy with big lugs.
