Is this the henry nowak story? I'm sure i vaguely remember the video at the time as it was getting shared by a lot of right wing types that they arrested a stabbing victim lying on the ground because the stabber said he had been racist.
Just reading the BBC article there and strangely doesn't really mention it beyond one or two lines. You'd think that would be a huge part of the story.
