I got breakfast from Dhaba 36 in Balerno the other day. 
Avacado on toast with fried eggs on top.
Decent. 
They do a lunch menu as well, but then yer talking about 12 quid per head.

I’d imagine you’ll be looking for more fine dining but Chorrito cantina for a Sunday brunch might be a nice way to finish your weekend? They do small plates and cocktails Thurs-Sat and a Mexican brunch on Sundays,
