I tried to rewatch it a while back and it has aged a fair bit tbh. Still amazing.

I need a new binge watch. Nothing catching my eye at the moment.

Was going to say I rewatched it recently but it was probably late 2014 Eek

Still brilliant tbh. The 90s outfits are a bit novelty now but the characters still stand up so well.

Tbf I'm comparing it to the last few episodes, which were all shite. Thought this was better.

Thought the last series picked up as it went on. Tonight was just very, very poor.

Not a box set but, there was a 3 parter on BBC4 about Byzantium - A tale of 3 cities. Simon Sebag Montefiore on the history of it from its foundation, right through as Constantinople then as Istanbul. Really interesting programme. 3 hour long episodes. Be on iPlayer I think
