Thought Sting was a pretty strange choice, although then again I guess anyone would be a bit incongruous. Warnock

I've been really bad recently for getting back into fitness, lasting a few weeks and then jacking it for a couple of months. Laugh

I got some sessions with a personal trainer recently and have to say it's deffo been worth it for me, I feel a lot fitter and lost 12lbs in 4 weeks, I started to fluctuate by a couple pounds after a few crazy weekends I've booked some more sessions for the next few weeks to try and kick on.

My upload speed is 187kbps
Internet speed test is 640kbps at 11:15pm; that's good. IN April they upgraded the whole system and I can now actually watch youtube videos relatively well with minimal buffering. But have a 20gb max per month.

That Ilullissat video seems odd as they're (69.2 deg N) quite a bit more southerly than us at (72.7 deg N) and way more south than that previous video you posted from Eureka (80 deg N). Eureka was the northernmost extreme of the satellite footprint. IN order to communicate with their most northerly base Alert (82.5 deg N) on the northern coast of Canada (from Eureka) the Canadian military have to microwave their signals all the way up. Most powerful guy in the base is the boy who has access to the tv channel changer, one of four they can microwave at any one time.

Mike Heatlie, imo he is really good although I've not used any other trainers so nothing to compare against except the results he has helped me achieve, he was Gwen Stefani's personal trainer for a while..... he's also a hearts season ticket holder so always get decent football chat when training.
