Not sure that mentioning your focus on "growth" three times in as many paragraphs is helpful to your cause right now, m8.

Some strange responses to this on here tbh. The fact that loads of employers treat their staff badly is exactly why it should be applauded when employees speak out about it, and Labour man Mikey not seeing why bad workplace practices are worth caring about is really just confusing.

Not surprising that a company built in what looks like the bezos model is horrible to their staff. Crap working practices should be called out and they should just own it and try to change.
I really do like elvis juice and hazy Jane though so I'm totally conflicted

Not surprising that they're absolute pricks to their employees given they're absolute pricks in every other regard. Good to see people actually speaking up about it though.
Their pishy beer is also to blame for every pub you go into having some form of citrus IPA nonsense on a tap that used to serve a proper ale

The we laughy smiley image of Brewdog is prob why the employees cant stomach it.
Turns out all these millenial start-ups actually havent improved working conditions. Folk get worked to the bone 24/7 and then expected to smile and pretend its amazeballs. At least in RBS etc...you can stick two fingers up at your screen at 5:30 and bitch about your job and manager. These cult-ish "high performance growth, but we have a pool table and dartboard in our office" companies can gtf. Be honest that you are predatory capitalists that extract maximimum production from labour and then discard them when they reach inevitable burnout. Add in the fratboy, bro culture. Cringy

Brewdog does fill an important '330ml and indistinctly branded enough to be drunk at the bus stop after work' niche though to be fair.

Went to the Brewdog bar in Edinburgh a few years ago, got chatting to one of the top boy's bursds and went home with her

The wee man has come down suddenly with hayfever and his eyes are really stinging - they look proper sore. Don't have any antihistamines in the house but I've given him some ibuprofen and trying to get him not to touch them, but other than that I'm not really sure what else to do. Any advice?
