Clearly travel in and out of Italy should be restricted. Not farcical, it's a logical measure in response to the pandemic. Of course it will disrupt football matches. I'm sure if this continues then the whole competition will be postponed. Weirdly, you have determined that postponing individual matches in Italy is a farce, but you want the whole competition postponed.
