Spiers trying to make him out to be some sort of Colin Kapernick figure who's been ostracised due to standing up for what he believes in, rather than the reality that he walked away from Cardiff with a pay off and then once the dust settled got a cushy job with the SFA before then getting a gig with Ross County.
It's hardly like he's never worked again is it?

Done his time as in enough time has gone by and it has stuck with him. It's not like it's all been brushed under the carpet. I'm sure he did have to go to courses and all the rest of it off the back of it. It's just a bit like yeah they were out of order things to say but there was probably a bit of dark humour in it as well. I don't really care mind you just having a wee say on it, if he hadn't ever got another job in football I wouldn't bat an eyelid really.
